I am not ashamed to say I am a christian, I am a pretty liberal one but it makes my blood boil when i hear of people being so self righteous and snotty!

Ok, lol, try this. It worked once before.

Close your eyes and snuggle down, flat on your back with a soft pillow and a warm blanket. Totally relax your body and start a picture in your mind. Your walking along a path in the woods, nice open woods with lots of sunshine and birds. The trees start thinning out and ahead of you, you can hear water running. Soon you come to a small meadow full of sweet smelling flowers. Through the center of the medow there runs a shallow stream. The sun is warm on your skin as you walk closer to the stream. It's only about ten feet wide and no more the two or three deep at the deepest. Right in the center of the stream is a large flat rock. It's about four feet wide and about 8 or 9 long and flat with the top just barely below the surface of the water so that about and inch of water flows over it but the sun warms it. You cross to the rock and stretch out. The sun warms you body and the water gently flows around you. As the water flows away you can feel it carrying all you troubles away with it. At last all you can feel is warm sun and cool water. You can hear the birds singing and smell the flowers. You just lay there relaxing for as long as you want to.
