Just poppin' in to say hello. I have been trying to read here and there, just haven't had a chance to post 'til now.

Been a hectic couple of weeks...Nigel's surgery went fine. Thank you for all the well wishes for him. He is doing really well, still on the mend a bit, but much better than we anticipated. His mother came down to stay with us to help out; she ended up taking care of both of us because I ended up with a respiratory infection and was pretty sick. (We were quite a pair!!) I was beginning to feel better and then Monday ended up in the emergency room in an unrelated matter. Needless to say, I am fine although the whole experience was a bit scary. So now work is hectic from all the time that I missed....blah, blah, blah!! Thank god for Friday!!!!!!!

Sorta -- you go!!! I am glad to hear that you are still planning to wed despite Wilma!! I'm sure that you won't read this before this weekend, but I am thinking happy, happy thoughts for you and Danny.

Hope everyone is doing really well. Its great that TC seems a bit more revived....although its slowing down again....And I shouldn't say anything because I am so delinquent about posting.....

Because of you I know that whenever I need to scream or pout or whine or sulk ... or any of a hundred other emotions ... I will have both a place and friends who will listen. Further, I know that I will receive what I need in that time and place, whether it be a hug ... or a snuggle ... or even a berating for acting like a silly child who has no manners. In short, I have a place where I have friends, people who care for me and who will go the gamut from giving me a tender nuzzle, passionate kiss, or outright ass-kicking ... all because they care for someone whom they have never met and probably never will ... but are willing to give their honesty ... and a piece of themselves when it is called upon.

Quick Update

Hey all

Thanks to everyone for all their well wishes and happy happy thought.

WE ARE MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!

It was an absolutely beautiful and moving ceremony in a gorgeous little park in Celebration FL. She cried, I cried, our friends cried, our families cried..lol. We will be posting pictures on our wedding website sometime next week. Those of you who dont have the addy for it, send us a PM and we'll show you were to find them.

While the ceremony and reception went off without any problems...the day itself was unbelievably hectic. Just to give you a little insite into what it was like, Sorta and I were running SO late because the day spa her and all the girls went to finished with them an hour and a half late. Then I had to drop everyone off at their respective hotels, and get US to our hotel so I could shower and dress and Sorta could change and get the rings and then get to Celebration. Well, the wedding was supposed to start at 5pm and we didn't get back to our hotel until around 4:45pm. So.....

I told Sorta to just run up to the room and change and grab my clothes and I would change on the way. Well, the best laid plans...lol. She didn't get back to the car until 5:30pm...and we were SPEEDING like crazy to get to the park. When we got to Celebration, there was no time for me to find a place to change, so I told her, I'm just going to look for someplace on the side of the road. I ended up standing in the corner of the Parking Lot for Celebration High School in my underwear, with the driver side doors open to create a little changing room, and Sorta standing in front of me helping me rip my clothes on and off before somebody saw us. We were both absolutely hysterical the whole time. I told her, you think we'll ever tell our kids what we were doing 10 minutes before we got married??? All she could think of was we were both going to be arrested for exposing me to minors!! LOL. It felt good though after all of the stress from the hurricane and changing plans last minute and running around all week in Orlando trying to get things ready spur of the moment. We both just let loose and went with it and couldn't stop laughing. When we got to the park, nobody believed us when we told them the story. I still dont think my parents believe me!!

She looked absolutely gorgeous. Even without her formal dress. She is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen...and she's my wife!!!

Speaking of which, I need to stop typing now, we are on our honeymoon after all and my wife is in the bathroom putting on a "surprise" outfit for me. If it's like any of the other one's she has surprised me with so far...it is going to be an AWESOME night!!
