i keep trying to do that, but the reasons to leave are outnumbering the reasons to stay....not like the job i have is all that bad (JUST THE BOSS).......it is more the chance of what could be (BEING THE BOSS) that is on my mind. i do like what i am doing and overall i like the people i work with (EXCEPT THE BOSS) will it be the same where i have the chance to go? the work would be totally different......*sigh* be just as or more so challenging......

like i said, weigh the negative against the positives for each position
I just started a position which is hourly paid and obly 32
which was a negative
but it pays more hourly wise than I was making
and it is more in the area of what im used to doing
and woohoo i see my boss once a month!!
So,i decided to get to do what i want
take the position with more positives
and take a snall pt job until
i get more hours.
Life is filled with decisions
you got to make the best informed decisions you can
and live with the results
Youll drive yourself crazy dealing
with the " what ifs".

Thanks, kk.... We/they'll be needin all the thoughts and prayers that can be given!! It ended up being cancer in Lisa and Bre isn't doing top of the world right now... before it's over with, I may be spending as much time possible with the both!! I plan on them meeting very soon... they can help each other just as much as I can by being there!
