As for the SS recovery watch, it has it's ups and downs. The ups are that the back is recovering well, the biospsy was indeed negative, and the actual pain is going down rapidly. The negative is that all that laying on my back did leed to a case of pneumonia. I spent Sunday evening in the Emergency room but it was caught early and it is also in retreat.
