this girl has recently asked a Domme to train her to be a better submissive. One of the first requirements She gave me was to write an essay (2000 words!) with the premise as the title of this thread.

What would Y/you consider the essential elements of training? How would Y/you know when they have been achieved? What sorts of discipline (hee hee ... i can see it on Fox now: "When Good Training Goes Bad" ) would Y/you see as appropriate, especially for one who is not Your own sub? What sorts of rules would Y/you estalish, particularly if sexual training is not part of the intended object?

I'm very interested in seeing the responses; if i could ask one favor - since i'm still not very familiar with the names, please indicate if Y/you are replying from the Dom/me or sub perspective if it isn't obvious from Y/your user name. Thx.

My Training

I go back to the old school in how I was trained as a Dom.
I sumitted for a year to a Dom couple.
The concept was that to be a good Dom you needed to know what it was like to be a submissive

I guess I have failed messerably training submissives though

Curious questions from a submissive (at the risk of putting foot in mouth concerning your previous posts about your Master.) Your Master doesn't mind someone else training you? Has he spoken with her (and you) concerning what kind of training he wishes you to have? Why is he not handling your training himself? (my apologies if you are no longer with him!)

Do you know how the Domme feels about all of the above in training? Or is this assigned essay in a way, an interview of sorts to see if she will take on your training, and if you are compatible to her philosophies of training? Or is she putting together a custom plan of training you to be a better submissive based on your responses?

It seems this Domme wants to get some perspective from you in terms of how you see your training needs and the goals you may set for yourself.

Make a list.
Turn it into an essay.

We really can't answer for you, as every one of us will give you different responses based upon our needs and experiences.

A list I know I was made a list he wouldnt tell me why he said he had a point and he was gonna tell me after but he never did actually.. he was going to do one to but crap I mean I had never heard of a man giving his GF HOMEWORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean geez LOL I had to make a list of 20 good things and 20 bad things about me..beside each I had to write why meaning if I wrote "Seflish" beside I would have to explain why. when I was done. He had me narrow it down to 15. and then I had to re write the explanations.. then down to 10.. and re write.. I think we got it down to 10.. but we kinda forgot about the rest LOL I never did figure out why he wanted me to do this he never said.
Hes given me other homework to. But that was mostly before we met in person. He still gives me odd tests here and there. well at least I think there tests. Its ironic I've always had the attitude that men had to be trained. made a joke about that at the party last night and then someone barked LMAO anyway but ironicly the table has been turned around on me LOL hes trying to make me into a proper young lady LMAO WOW!!

your essay should come from your heart. How you feel.. put your feelings in it. your desires.. your ideas.. ect. only from YOU

All good questions, lark sparrow. i have no problem sharing at least some of the background.

It's an ... interesting ... situation with my Master, to say the least. He offered me His collar and i refused it because i felt unworthy - that i needed more training. (i am quite new to the lifestyle, and He is my first Master.) Accordingly, i asked a Mistress that i love and trust to take me under Her wing and provide me with the training i need in order to first - find and establish my own sense of self as a submissive, and then to learn how i can be the best submissive possible for Him.

She and my Master have talked (i suppose that technically He is not Mine since i refused His collar, but in my heart and His, He remains so, waiting for this traning period to be over) and They have an understanding about my training period.

As far as asking Y/you all to write my essay - heavens above! Seriously - that wasn't my intent - i was just running out of good resources and wanted to get some insight.

Richard - surely You wouldn't be so cruel!

Btw, i have already made a list of my goals - short, medium and long term - for Her, including my life goals, not those restricted to the lifestyle.

As far as posting the paper ... hmmm... i think i'll wait to get Her reaction to it first. It is quite lengthy ... not sure how that would go over for a paste into a post. Is there any other way to post it?
