I have heard a good deal of women talk about tracking their cycles. Honestly I have had no reason to since I have been like clockwork for the past 5-6 years and have not had a goal such as pregnancy or sex without pregnancy etc.. The past 4 months I have been anything but clockwork and actually pretty fucked up to be blunt..lol I am looking for the easiet suggestion possible as to tracking since I am just starting medication to try and regulate and figure I should try it for a while. I have looked at mycycles.com, any other ideas?

I started using cyclespage.com back in 2001 when my hubby and I were trying to conceive. I've always been regular, but there were some fertility issues on his end, and we decided that the the better our timing was, the more likely we were to to be successful.

Even though I won't be having any more kids, I still keep track of my cycle. :)

I've found http://www.mymonthlycycles.com to be really user-friendly and feature-rich. I just go on the first and last day of my period and fill in the calendar, though sometimes I'll drop in to calculate my periods out for the next few months.

I'm gonna point my wife to this. We're getting ready next month to start the ardious process of trying to concieve. This would sure beat the hell out of pen and paper.

Oh, it really does. It's much easier than counting the days on the calendar and trying to figure out average cycle length over several months.

maybe i should look at those sites too. not that i am trying to conceive, but i sometimes wonder if my cycle is really as irregular as i think it is... but then, i guess i would figure this out just by marking it in my calender. except i tend to loose calenders two or three months into the year.

I wonder the same thing, even though I've been semi-regular for a good 9 months now. Just about every month I think, 'Nah, it's too early for my period...I have a good week or so." Then, BAM, and I look at the site only to realize I'm right on track.

just went on your link, i think i will start actually looking at it now. because thinking about it, i have the impression mine has become more regular as well. usually, when i went abroad, or even just had a lot of stress, i would miss my period for three or four months at a time. but this time i got it regularly all throughout my time in south america, and i still have it normal now when i am back home.
