I'll go slow so you'll understand. There are words in the English language that have (sit down and hold on) MORE than one meaning. Sometimes (almost always pedants) try to proclaim that only one should be used if an alternate is as functional. Bill Bryson does this effectively. You do not.

You cant substitute sex with gender; people dont have 'gender,' they arent 'gendery.' The word exists for people who are deluded about what they are.
