Toy Talk and Review

Has anyone ever used a flesh light?

Anyone have any theories as to why sex toys are much more popular among women than men? I think it's well-established that, on average, men masturbate more frequently than women, but the sex toy industry seems to cater overwhelmingly to women. Is getting to orgasm so much easier for men that toys are just a waste? Is there a taboo about men using toys?

I am embarrassed to admit that a toy would be on my bedside.

Yes I always wondered why there are not more man toys.

I got really excited, and then I started reading some posts....*takes my action figures back into the other room*

We all have stories. What are yours?

I had an awesome discussion with my midwife today where we realised that my Hitachi wand is causing labial hemorrhoids. I hadn't heard of them before, but holy swollen vagina, Batman. Pregnancy is full of surprises- my hormones are the most fun I've had in a while but the fun is causing some awfully painful side effects.

I'm sitting over here with witch hazel pads on my hoohah hoping I'll be able to have sex again soon...

Oh no... yes pregnancy was filled with unexpected quirks. I hope you feel better!

The biggest injury I had from using toys is a toss up, it was either the time I pulled something in my hand from moving wrong or bruising from my stainless. Both were pretty uncomfortable.

I've been through a couple of different sex toys and I've yet to find something that's as easy to use as my hand. I don't think that getting to orgasm is that much easier, but we have the perfect built in toy to pleasure ourselves.

My two sense, but I've been pretty disappointed with ever toy I've ever bought. I had one that I really liked (masturbator sleeve), but it tore on me before too long. My hand as yet to let me down.

I'm not sure what that is?
It's an interesting question though.

This made me laugh. :D

Umm, because we don't have a vagina and of course it makes us jealous.

To join in this line of thought.
I'd agree, why buy anything when Mrs Palmer and her 5 lovely daughters, are more than capable of providing the pleasure.

The only other toys for men are anal and some guys have a big hangup about it.

Toy, Sex Injuries

Well I can now say that I enjoy my new Posh Warrior 9" dong.
Between my GF getting rather aggressive with it & hubby taking a Cialis, I'm rather sore today.
I will say that when alone I prefer my Loe Luna g spot vib. I prefer the dong when role playing with hubby, GF or both.
My hubby doesn't use any toys on himself, but he has a hollow strap on that is thicker for when him & I role play "another man".
A hollow strap on is much better for both him & myself than our regular leather harness.....more control for him which makes it better for me. Its called Universal hollow strap on by Adam & Eve. Its 6" long with a 5 1/4" girth. Its purple & we call it Mr. Purple :)

What about guys and vibrators? I know from personal experience that guys can get off rather explosively with a well-placed vibe, but I have never known a guy who owned one for his own use. (The hardest I've ever laughed during a sex act involved a guy and a vibe.) Vibrators are quite different from anything a hand can do.

I've used one in a prostate massager, but never on my cock. I unfortunately never had much success with a prostate massager, and have never been able to get the explosive orgasms they are supposed to provide.

If you have some tips on what type and how to use it, I'm all ears.

I once was bored and tried the g-spot/prostate attachment that goes on a Hitachi Magic Wand. It was one of the most intense orgasms I've ever had and so different. Being rather that shooting out semen across my chest. It rather just kept flowing and flowing out covering my hand and lasted longer than any one I've ever had before. Surprisingly I've never been able to duplicate that one day. I don't know if it was the right technique of rocking on it or what.

Wow...that's a big'un! Although I can thoroughly enjoy the hell out of big dildos, the ones I've owned have always been on the smaller side. My thinking is that although it may take me a bit longer to get off with a smaller dildo, I want the real cocks I get involved with to feel bigger and better than my toys.

In my admittedly limited experience, I've found that an average vibrator pressed against the underside of a cockhead can get a guy hard as a rock very quickly with an ejaculation soon to follow.

I may have to look into this.

BongoGal, you're correct. At least for me. I have used a vibrator and almost any place on the underside and especially the tip of my cock I get hard very quickly. Do have to put it aside though because I will cum quickly if not.:)

There are a few people that have talked about this. I think it might be indexed on the first page for you as well.

Sorry, I was behind...it is now...:D
I've updated the index as of 1/8

I haven't read what everyone else said yet, but I think it's just simplicity of male physique. Simply put, a hand works great. All the other stuff? Eh...it can help, but *shrugs* a hand works great. I think women sometimes need something more intense???

I will say this. When I was younger  My folks had a "vibrating Massager" that strapped onto the back of your hand for use in "relaxing massage." This was not really well shaped for women and the springy metal straps would really have been a problem. But...on a cock? yeah....I used it more than anyone in the family...like..WAY more...

Now see, I wonder about that with the stainless rabbit. Stainless inside just seems...problematic.

Or maybe not?

Someone correct me if that is not the case, please.

I've only had issues with the stainless when I get um... carried away. :)
I've heard people having similar issues with glass.
