I submitted two stories to Literotica. the first was a repost of a previous story I wrote,"Bree's Seduction" The second was about a doctor examining a pregnant patient. "A Pregnancy Check Up." Have you seen them? Will they be posted? Are they lost in the Literotica black hole?

Have I been banned?

If there is a problem with my work please let me know. Have I been banned from posting stories in your forum?

Be patient. Used to be that people had to wait over a month to see if their story was accepted. I am not exaggerating. Give it a week before checking up on her.

I don't know when you checked your story listing last, but "Bree's Seduction" is listed. I didn't see the other one, but I would imagine it might be up soon.

(I think if Laurel were to ban anyone from posting stories, she would let them know exactly why they had been banned)

My last took 8 days, so don't worry. The time from submission to posting seems to vary for some reason, but usually is within a week.

This was a repost of a previous story I wrote.

I had someone edit Bree's Seduction. This submission is a repost or revision of it. I was hoping that this version would get more votes.

If I feel paraniod it's because I WAS kicked off another stories page.Someone thought that one of my stories was inappropriate.

I had sent emails telling them that if they had any problems with any of my work to please let me know.
( I had a bitchy day)

I still don't forgive Literotica for losing one of my earlier submissions when they sent it over the the extreme sister site.
"The Seeder" can be read @ www.storiesonline.net but not here.

My tamer stories can be read @www.eroticstories.com

I invite you all the please check the links in my signature and visit my vamp club.

She gets 80-100 stories a day and she's doing it all by herself. She reads porn for about 5 hours every night. If you haven't been rejected, then your story is still in the queue to be read and approved. It doesn't happen overnight.

I've been here for two years and I have a lot of stuff up here. I've waited 3 months to a story posted once. I'm sitting on the sixth day since I submitted a story. Everyone waits.

Somehow, I really doubt she lost your story going to extreme. The site doesn't update very often. It never has. It never will. You're in line just like everyone else.

And no. I think I'll skip your site. It takes nerve to bitch and whine about this place and then spam your own site in the same breath. It's tacky, too tacky even for me.

If I've told you anything you haven't already heard before, I'd be shocked.

Granted, there are other sites that will post stories more quickly. But I guess I've always been one of the lucky ones here. None of my stories have ever taken longer than 3 days to post. Well, that I know of. Normally, I don't know they've posted until I get feedback.

Never had anything posted to the extreme site, so I can't speak for that.

But I do know that, even though Lit might take a little long to get stories online, the exposure to readership is much more than most sites, and I'm appreciative for that. Also, spending 5 hours reading porn every night would burn me out pretty darn quick. I have to hand it to Laurel to continue to do that.

I was bounced from another page.

BTW I see nothing wrong with letting readers know where my work can be seen.
If you have not seen my links prior to this post I doubt that you will see them after.
Have a good day.

Whoopee do. So you got rejected. You'll have in a mirror to find a writer around here who thinks you're special because of it. Writers get rejection all the time. It's part of gig. You aren't doing Literotica a favor by posting your stories here. You aren't due special treatment. You aren't due constant reassurances of the status of your submissions.

Learn some patience. Learn to deal with rejection. Both of these things are a writer's lot in life.

You will be notified when the publisher gets around to doing it. Right now you're hanging out in the slush pile with the rest of us. It's the way it works. Just because this place is an online sex story site with some embarrassingly bad stories posted doesn't mean that it's not a publisher with a publisher's tremendous backlog of submissions.

You obviously defend this place

You must be good friends with the staff here. I have no beef with you. I was just venting.I will take a break from creative writing online and experience real life.
PEACE

Absolutely. It does not matter why a story is rejected, from technical to literary reasons Laurel always tells you why.
Ususal disclaimer that I have nothing to do with running this board.
