Do any of my fellow cat owners out there ever get the feeling that their cats do thins just to freak you out? Like just now, I looked down, and saw one of my two cats lieing at my feet, looking like the perfect angel that she is. I looked down a second later, and the other cat was lieing there, at my feet, with the same angellic look on her face. I looked around for Meeco (the first cat) and I couldn't find her anywhere. I went back to looking at the 'puter, and I looked down once more, and Lestat (cat #2) was gone, and Meeco was back in her spot...

These cat's are just too smart for their own good....

Another one bites the dust.

Sounds to me like you are in the initial stages of losing your mind. Happens to all cat owners, sooner or later.

The wierd way they happen to be staring you in the face when you open your eyes after sleeping. That freaks me out.

I want to know how it happens that they control you instead of you controlling them?

Like when it comes to wanting anything.

Mine jump on my chest and bop me in the face till I get up and do what they want.

Another peeve?

Cat hair in my keyboard.

Yuck.

I have a cat and he can be freaky @ times.
I think he thinks he is a dog, he is always playing with my dog and they go out and "hunt" together. He would rather play with the dog then with the other cat we have... I find this very amusing. :) The way he runs after other dogs and trys to make them go away ... makes me wonder about my cat.

Just a cat story. :)

The thing that worries me the most is when it all goes quiet. They've learned they can worry me by all stopping what they're doing and going to sleep, or moving far enough away that I can't hear them.

Then of course there is the sort of crash that just sounds expensive, and you dread finding out what it was.

I am not crazy! The whole world is crazy! I'm perfectly sane!

it's a conspericy.
i've always said cat's are evil things.

This thread has nothing to do with bulldozers

I have a D9 Cat with a big ol' Cummins deisel, all reved up and ready to knock down anything you put in front of it, and this threads all about kitties. Again.

Mine like to sit on my computer monitor and stare at me like gargoyles.

Dom who is owned by cats

I am a Dom in Michigan but I can tell you my two cats own me.
In fact they have become so upset at my behavior that they took a vote this afternoon......

They decided that if something happened to me they were not going to replace me........I am to much of a problem.......

I asked them who would open their cans and scoop their food?
Than I asked them who they would sleep with.

They said they were cute and they would manage.

Cats are way to smart for their own good. Mine are very sneaky.

I'll walk in the kitchen and see this quick little fuzz ball jump from the sink (where she plays) down to her food. Then, she gives me the innocent look, and her deaf kitty MOW! How can I be mad? :)

(Cat's are evil Fly, but they're so damn fuzzy and snuggly... Can't get rid of em')

Sooner or later

Catwoman proves my point.

My 2 like to trap me in bed.

One will lay on the covers on one side of my body, as close to me as she can get. The other will lay on the other side as close as he can get. Their weight will imprison me till I can wiggle enough that they are uncomfortable and they adjust their position. If I am quick enough I can make an escape while they are rearranging themselves.

I think they can do mind control. They stare at you and that is WHY you wake up.

I don't need an alarm clock. They not only sit on my chest, they also paw at my face to wake me up if I'm not feeding them breakfast fast enough. The funny part is there is always food in their dishes. They just want FRESH food before they'll start eating.

Cat hair in my keyboard is part of my life. Compressed air and eyebrow tweezers help when I can't stand it anymore.

I just turned my keyboard upside and shook it,just to see what fell out.

I swear there is enough hair here for another cat.

How do they shed that much and not be naked? ;)

naked cats

One fo my 2 cats is a hymilayian (sp).
She weights like 6 1/2 lb.
However to look at her because of the hair
she appears to weigh 20 lb

I think I pickup or vacum 20lb of hair a day <smile>

I can not figure out either how either of them are not naked with all they shead.
