Until my first son was born my breasts were on the small side also. With smaller breasts it is a bit harder to keep ahold of them while he's thrusting away. But we found a way around this. Becuase I was smaller, I owned many push-up bras, and decided to leave it on one night. This worked extremely well for us, it added a little size, and made squeezing them together much easier.
