Thyri's humble little shack out back

I look over at the time and sigh.

Darn. Well, sadly, I have to go. Though I don't want to. Hope to see you tomorrow.

I stand up and vanish in a cloud of black smoke.

*Coughs at the smoke, fanning the air in front of me and opening the door, stumbling out into the night for fresh air.*

Whew! That's the last time I eat Mexican food for lunch!

*From outside, the little shack is shaking, rocking to and fro in time to the music of Motown that can be heard from within. The music puts the elf in a sexy, romantic mood, no matter where she happens to be.

With a grin she wonders if she ought to enjoy some James Brown, considering what it might sound like from outside. With a mischievous sparkle in her eyes, she lets it rip!*

**The Fish hears the pumping music and decides to pay a visit. At least the sky is clear today and the aroma of Mexican has been quelled ;)

He thinks it ironic that the Elf should be playing James Brown in an outhouse and also using the term letting it rip.

Ironic indeed....**

Hi Thyri

Hi Thyri

Hi Fish!

I know, right? Surely the preference isn't just coincidental. ;) And James 'punctuates' his lyrics with all the right exclamations! :D

Man, the pictures and sounds in my head....

Some serious swimming needed to rid me of those thoughts.

Groovy though...

**dances, but keeps a wary eye above**

* Sitting alone in my shack, contemplating how I feel lately. Maybe I've. just been tired. But it sure feels like I'm slipping into depression. Would probably be best to sleep through it as much as possible.

I've been wanting to write for a few days now, but keep drawing blanks. Maybe I'm trying too hard to force something.*

Appearing in the shack, I look over at Thyri.

Hey. Doing alright? Suffering from writer's block?

It might be, a little. It feels like depression. Or maybe I'm just tired. I don't know.

Well, I have to go. It's getting late. See you later.

Vanishes, returning to the RW.

*Wrapping my arms around my legs, drawing up into a curled ball on my side.*

*Comes in and sees Thyri resting and a little down. Just stays there quietly so she knows someone is there*

*whispers* Rest and try to think of happy things....

*Feeling cheered by the sexy loving attentions of two of her Lit lovers,:heart::kiss::kiss: she puts on some music to rock the little shack. Her feet shuffle rapidly, carrying her to the side, and then back again across the floor. Sometimes you just have to let it out.*

*Fish wanders through on his travels and is happy that Thyri is back up and about with some of her old cheeriness! She's not there, but the music is still pumping....*

MC Hammer - whatever it takes Thyri!!! ;) Glad you feel better!

Appearing in Thyri's place, I take a seat, at an empty chair, and look around.

Hello Annisthyrienne. How are you today?

Hi Avel. I'm better than before. Writing is still difficult, but I think I managed to get one post done, even if it isn't me better work.

Smiles.

That happens sometimes. Don't worry. We all experience writer's block or times when he just are not good at posting.

I have two more I owe for that I'd like to get done this weekend, but I don't know how it will go. All I can do is try and see how it ends up.

How about you? How are your stories coming along?

Well, whatever you want to talk about. For me, when I say my stories, I mean my SRPs, either here on Lit or by email.

(Hey, I need to step out for a bit. Back soon.)
