To become Madam/Master, you need to start a BB of your own. Then you can name each access level whatever you want.

I haven't found any difference in the access allowed to virgins and experienced. The Bossy access level is for forum moderators. I'm not sure what access they've got, but I suspect it includes edit and delete capability for others' messages as well as their own.
