I received a big surprise today
Hearing (briefly!) from an old friend
I’m so happy that the gluten, dairy and soya free cake I made turned out right! It was tough to work out the ingredients for so many intolerances, but I did it, no one was ill, and I’ve even been asked to make another cake!
