Got through my medical procedure, despite difficult circumstances. I even refused anaesthetic

Having options. I don’t feel ready to think through them, but all the urgent bits were completed today, so there’s no hurry

Receiving an update on a friend, despite the news not being good. When someone touches your soul with their presence, it’s nice to be able to send them positive vibes when you know they need them. That’s always been something important to me
