I got the shift I wanted

I pretty much spent the day in the bath tub

I feel clean and comfortable

I slept a total of 8 hours. 4 hours then woke up and did something for a while, then went back to bed and slept another 4 hours.
I saw that I've lost over a pound of weight.
I went for a swim and for the first time this week, the water in the pool was warm.

- Employers who know me well enough to know I’m no hypochondriac - and saying I really need to spend the day in bed instead of coming to work means I absolutely have to.
