Things have taken a good turn in the last couple of weeks, so it’s hard to pick and narrow it down!

- I’m no longer stressed all the time, thanks to the workplace bully manager being gone, and the case against him almost complete

- I’m getting workplace opportunities to use my skills and qualifications to improve the environment for everyone. This makes me really happy - I love being able to help my team realise their potential

- Reduced stress levels are leading to improved sleep, health and just generally better quality of life - and that’s after only being back at work a week without the bully

Here’s hoping the good vibes continue

Beautiful weather. Got the gardening done and enjoyed the outdoors.

Supported a mother and her son who is on the autism spectrum, after they were targeted

Administered first aid after a lady had a grand mal seizure in my workplace. I was the only one with experience in seizures and stopped people doing the wrong thing

Amazon delivery driver called me whilst dealing with the first aid emergency and offered to come back after his shift with my parcel

I don’t think today could have gone any better
