Happy to share my dirty Dr. Pepper knowledge! I'd say similar to a dirty chai (minus the espresso), a dirty Dr. Pepper is just a Dr Pepper with some kind of flavored cream (in my case, coconut cream) and a splash of vanilla syrup.
