At job interviews I often ask candidates to describe themselves just using 3 adjectives.

Which three would you use to describe your (Lit) self?

Thank you for your input. I am delighted that your employer asked purely technical questions when you got your job. I assume the most important question was how many languages can you say “would you like fries with that?”

At many companies in the States, applicants would look at you like you were nuts for that kind of interview question. But cultures and businesses are all different!
