…check in with yourself and see if you need anything:
- take a drink of water
- have a bite to eat
- use the washroom
- stretch! roll your shoulders, bend from side to side, do a silly shake-your-body-out dance, etc.


- blink your eyes a few times, roll them around in your head, and spend at least 20 seconds looking at something at least 6m (20’) away
- take medication if you need to
- turn on a light if it’s gotten dark
I always appreciate those “internet checkpoint”-style posts I see on different social media, so I thought I’d type one up for on here
