I read this story a year ago and didn't save it. Now I can't find it no matter how hard I try

As I remember story consists of several parts. I will try to describe the contents of each chapter in order (most likely I made a mistake somewhere). It is also possible that this story was published as one single part, and the division into chapters was already inside it.
1.A mature woman (S) for some reason becomes a slave to her friend woman (D). S is forced to move to D's house..
It turns out that D's teenage daughter lives with her. So S is forced to obey D's daughter as well. This is aggravated by the fact that the girl hates S because of her childhood grievances.
2.In the second part, D leaves S completely under the control of her daughter and leaves the house for the day. During this day, S is subjected to various humiliations from the girl. Girl makes S eat from a bowl on the floor and serve her with a footstool. Some of the events take place around the home pool.
3.In the third part, D returns home while her daughter is sitting on the couch watching TV, and S stands at attention nearby. D finds out that the girl has introduced a new rule, according to which S, upon receiving an order, she must receive a slap on the butt before doing what is required of her. D approves this and makes S demonstrate it..... I don't remember anything after that.
Also as I remember it was something like chastity belt and orgasm denial in that story.
