not quite sure how you can 'have at it' with very little pain and no marks or bruises.i can't think of anything that wouldn't leave anything ..i mean i guess it could all be in the way you choose to use said 'tool' also. like a flogger, you can choose to use it softly for sensation sake only without the pain, but obviously if you 'have at it' on that person with a flogger, there are going to be marks, pain, ect... good luck! Master does have one flogger, it's got rubber tines instead of leather and He's thinking maybe that one wouldn't leave marks, but uh, i'm beggin to differ with Him on this one..LOL....and it does cause pain....

The summer between my Junior and Senior year of high school, one of my best friend's parents were in Asia for a month. The core group of 3-5 of us had a lot of slumber parties that summer, complete with marshmallow fights... one team armed with a bag of Stay-Pufft on the balcony overlooking the living room; the other with a bag of Stay-Pufft and base of operations in the music room.

FYI- Marshmallows do hurt a bit, when thrown at maximum speed, from a distance of about 14 feet, if the opposing team opens the bag early in the day, allowing the marshmallows to get somewhat stale.

I guess I'm not sure what the purpose really would be, but then I like a little pain. There are a number of different kinds of floggers, including those made of fur, that probably don't hurt very much. In addition, even those made of leather/suede can be wielded in a way that doesn't hurt that badly. It's all in how you use it and what your purpose is.

i have this one flogger that is much more about sensation then anything else. its very soft and made of tiny tiny strands. you could use it to strike me with all your force and it would hurt per-se.

Certain moppy floggers if you're just looking to whack something without hurting it, but seriously, for that kind of thing just go running or hit a pillow or scream or something, honestly it's better catharsis.

They are called "boffers" in the realm of Live Action Role Playing games.

Tubes of PVC plastic, surrounded by lots of foam padding, wrapped in duct tape. They can be made in the shape of swords, bats, maces, axes, etc. Think "big-ass Nerf bats". You _can_ actually cause injuries with them but holy crap! You need to be whailing away like all get out to actually cause an injury. Pain on the other hand is fairly easy to inflict.

I have a hairbrush that my master uses for spanking which, sometimes if I'm good he sticks a square of rabbit or mink fur to the back of. Like that, he can spank away to his heart's content and it doesn't hurt. I find it frustrating, but it might work for you paganangel.

Silk or other such material floggers, you'll have to put all your effort into getting it to do anything other than gently brush against the skin; it hurts for milliseconds, there is no after burn and leaves no marks.

Another form of "soft" flogger is one made from nylon cord, where the strike ends are allowed to fray.

This makes for a very subdued strike, more sensation than pain. You can get a sting out of it, but it takes a significant amount of effort. It doesn't mark, and repeated strikes leave a warm glow to the skin.
