Grilled Tuna bathed with “Sauce” of Lemon, Oil, Oregano
Pesce “in Carpione”
(sautéed whitefish marinated in a a shallot-mustard vinaigrette with
caramelized onions)

Trifle made with Gingerbread, Lemon Curd, Berry Puree
 
That sounds amazing, Tortoise! My tendency is towards savory foods, for sure. If it has anchovies or capers or anything pickled in it - I'm all over it :D
