Oh, this woman is a peach. A true peach to be around. :rolleyes::rolleyes:

She transferred to our store after our manager did, because she's got a huge crush on him. She follows him around like a lost puppy dog, and is constantly up his ass when he's around. The second he leaves, she turns into a psycho bitch, and tries to boss everyone around. Oh, did I mention she's a hot mess of excuses? It's awesome. She stands around on her phone when he's not there, and the DM said, "I'm no longer going to pay someone shift leader pay to just stand around."

So, when the DM mentioned that someone needs to step up and help out while our Assistant Manger is out with an injury, who did it silently for a month because she thought that's what a good employee does? This girl.

So, I'm now the Shift Leader, and the only one approved to receive the higher wage. I've also been recommended for their Management in Training program, even though the requirements state you have to be there 6 months before entering. I've been there just under 3 months.

Oh, and who just rambled on like a lunatic? This girl. :D
