There is a thread elsewhere in the AH on the topic of Consentual Non-Consent (CNC). Well, more on the topic of one Litster's melt down over the site rules and moderators and CNC. I'm not going to batter the OP. The rest of the house has done a fine job with that. But, one reply did it get me thinking.

CNC may just represent the biggest 'real life vs. Lit Story' gap of all.

I've been part of several CNC encounters over the years, and the one thing I can tell you is that they never go off as portrayed in that category.
