That looks like it takes longer than just cooking it correctly. Simmer water. Crack egg. 3 minutes it is done.

hmm pardon me, if i may add to this!
i just found a way to poach an egg, just a bit quicker.
the only reason it is so. is because you use less water, yup.
and you do it in a small skillet!! yup!
ok in your small skillet, put about an inch ( 1 ) inch of water, or less. as you really dont want the egg to be floating
heat water to a good simmer, add your vingar, then your egg .
as the whites form up, you can. spoon the hot water over the eggs ( the reason you only use a little water and why you dont want it floating.
or you can put a top over it and let it simmer till done.
it happens kinda fast.
