We have a contract to come siphon it out and transport it away.
The city said it was too toxic and refused to accept it.
Anyway, we ship the crap to West Virginia just like everyone else does.
The folks in West Virginia say, "Just dump it down the old coal mine shaft. It's been on fire for twenty years or more. There is a foul smell in the air, but we don't mind. We are used to it. During the winter, we don't even need wood or coal heaters to warm our houses. The fires in the abandoned coal mines below us keeps the earth warm."
