locals are shitting themselves over seeing busloads of workers—some being migrants with work permits, others residents of surrounding areas who were hired there and are being given transportation to this other plant—and "demanding" answers because of their unease at seeing so many brown skins in one place at the same time. Despite the company's very clear answer that these are workers who have been hired elsewhere and are being bussed to this particular workplace, locals are still fomenting concern and it's not being quelled by State Sen. Kitchens:

The Schultes have contacted state leaders demanding answers and action. So have people in Albertville. It all prompted a statement from State Sen. Wes Kitchens.

“Recently, a new refugee program has incentivized immigrants to move to our communities,” Kitchens’ statement said.

But a spokesperson from Pilgrim’s told WAFF 48 that’s not true at all and it’s not a refugee program. They said these people had applied to work at a different plant, and once jobs opened at the Russellville plant, they were hired there

“Because of this, we hired many of those individuals and provided transportation to and from the Russellville plant for our team members who live in the surrounding areas, something we have been doing for months,” a Pilgrim’s spokesperson said.

But the Schultes don’t think that’s clear enough.

“We just want answers from our local officials. What is going on?” Jarrod Schulte said. “And what is being done about it?”

because of this ugliness by "concerned" locals, Pilgrim's Pride has cancelled the buses. Where does this leave the workers? Probably unable to work there without transport, doing jobs the local locals didn't want to do.
