... or they just fucking have it in or you whomever they are.

I don't have any work enemies. I get along with everyone and my boss is awesome. I am the only female amongst men, I think that makes for less drama.

Thats what I do.

I refuse to let them run me off cause I am female. It helps that my skillz are legendary.

How it can be 2015 and still be shocking to be a lady tech is beyond my comprehension.

At my last place of employment my boss was someone I could have absolutely no respect for whatsoever. As soon as I was able, I left, because he certainly wasn't going anywhere. Fortunately, where I will be next is an absolute world away.

If promotions were on merit, the world would be a far, far happier place.

I had one for years. He was in the UK, I was in the US. We took turns being in favor then out of favor, I'd beat him up then vice versa. It got tiresome after a while and he finally gained the upper hand because the big boss was a fellow Brit who preferred his style of operating. So I asked for and was granted a generous dismissal.
