Congrats Wenchhh and keep in mind its not always the numbers that matter. Besides muscle weighs more then fat so if you lose the fat and gain muscle you will possibly stay the same just get leaner.

Keep going Wenchhh and Neon and everyone else.

I just came back from camping out in Greenwater Provincial park here in Saskatchewan and as to weight I will know tonight but we ate chicken and rice one night we had whole wheat bread and we tried to walk and get some exercise. Hehe though one good full night of sex will do great for you heh.

Edit: So this is the edit to say that I'm up to the 161 with clothes on... which is not so bad cause we took the last month or so kinda slacking off and we are just getting back into it.

Went to the gym TWICE today, (trying to burn off some don'thaveadomnomore frustration) (and that wasn't an invitation) and going in the am w/ my son to play raquetball and work the machines. He's a great motivator!
 
Shocked but lost another pound so thats 4 for June. I can't believe I am within 10 pounds of my goal weight. Depending on how my weight does these next couple months I may add an additional 5 pounds to the weight loss goal.

Frustrating to lose this weight, its clear my research drug for the arthritis is working, I am feeling good and have great energy but I can't freakin exercise with this damn ankle. I see the ankle pro at the end of july and I am hoping she says lets fix it! I want to be able to do some exercising besides isometric stuff.

So I was finally ready to start this and then gracie had to crack me up and make me crave a cookie. Seriously I'm not much for cookies but with all this talk about them I WANT A COOKIE!!!

I actually started about four weeks ago and am down a total of 9 pounds. Slow but getting there? Portions and exercise whoohoo. Now if I could just fit into my old clothes I'd be doing good. Until then, well not much to choose from.

What about breaking it down a bit so it's not so overwhelming? I would like to lose that much although it's more realistic for me to shoot for 35-45 instead. Some weight loss programs start with the goal being to lose 10%. Once you have reached that you can set a new goal. I think it also gives a good place for a reward.
 
Been a while...

Well it's been a while since I last posted any where but oh well. I'm now back down down to about 238 lbs after I briefly shot up to 245 lbs on my growth cycle (me trying to get bigger muscles all around put on a fair bit of weight). I'm still chasing my goals of my ideal body but I'm making good progress, my upper body looks much bigger and i'm seeing good muscle definition in some areas, but i still have a long ways to go.
 
We have just bought a new set of scales for home use. According to those I am 72.8 kg (160lbs). Holding steady! :)

I've been sick with the flu so haven't exercised much over the last couple of weeks. Hoping the weather improves and I get rid of this cough so I can go back to my normal workouts :rolleyes:

Anyways my weight is back down to the semi normal 155ish after my slight gain.
 
K so I'm officially back up to 160ish with the clothes... for my height thats not bad but its hopefully somewhat muscle.

That and I had to bump this thread get people motivated again!
 
Yeah we need to get this going again. I'm not gaining or losing right now.

I know how this goes.. about 2.5 weeks ago I decided that I had to lose this 45 pounds I had gained. I am the one who hates it, My D likes me like this but it makes me sluggish and tired. So with his help Ive been working out regularly and watching what I am eating. and in the last 2.5 weeks Ive lost 4.5 inches all over and 5 pounds and Im motivated to go all the way this time. I am doing Hip Hop abs and using my Tony Little Gazelle and swimming. I think between the 3 I should be successful. and Oh yeah Id love a cookie but I know it is the wrong thing to do.. =0)

Congrats on the loss already, sometimes all you need is a little push and go. This is the place to be if you need support losing weight.

Alright so to jump start this thread again in light of the summer weather, what kind of things are you doing to get out more and exercise?

I myself am trying to go swimming more often. Not doing laps or anything but I figure playing around in the pool is just as good sometimes.

I go to alot of the festivals here in town and walk around, I work out nightly at home and I am going to plan to do some more swimming Im go to try to comitt to ever night swimming and I am going to plan to buy a set a weights of some sort to help out with my arms.. I hate my arms.. :mad: I think just being out and about helps you stay off the couch and be a couch potatoe...

The one part of myself I like and dislike are my eyes because sometimes they can hold all the information when I feel like crap and other times I feel like they are the most beautiful things on me.

I have a dislike of my legs, G would disagree but I don't like them. And the other part of myself that I enjoy quite a bit is my ass... just enough to hold onto and not to squishy.

It's the cold that's been keeping me at home.....plus it gets dark by 5pm and by then all I wanna do is curl up on the couch :eek: I don't mind going to the gym in summer, it's air conditioned and I love walking in the sun to get there :)

Hoping to have more time to exercise once Master Gil gets the home dialysis machine and half our week won't be taken up with hospitals!
 
I walked 2 miles last night after Big Love and it was still 85 outside. My mind went back to those sweaty fucks in the car when I was 17 or so on hot summer nights. Little (a) riding my cock in that huge used Ford LTD. The evil things I could do to her now if only I could go back in time. :devil:
