yeah... I noticed some of that yesterday. No matter which gal you play from your game save, she keeps her own individual items/money... So I wonder why you only stay for 14 days at a time? Maybe they are annual 2-week vacations? I dunno...

I love playing with Tina, though... My best team so far has been Tina with Hitomi as a teammate. Plus... Hitomi is DAMN-HOTT!!! lol

Hitomi is my favorite too, especially in those cutoffs. Her and Tina are the best spikers. I like to mix up my team. Play as Hitomi and get Leifang(good defense) to compliment her, etc.

I agree completely with this evaluation. I bought the game a couple days ago, and I like it. I thought it was hilarious that you can use L2 to change camera views (to look at the gals from different angles) and R2 to ZOOM IN on them... lol. The gals are hot, though, I'll give them that.

TallOne... I've played the game a few times and gotten through the 14 days more than once, with a couple different players. Does the game continue? Do I have to keep flirting w/ certain gals to unlock areas & such? I know I'm missing something, but I don't know what it is... lol

Overall a fun game, though. I don't feel my money was wasted at all. It's not the most technical-volleyball game, and I'm not asking it to be. Part of me hopes they do come out with a game like that, though... Perhaps NCAA Volleyball 2004? Hey, a guy can dream, can't he?

Started a new franchise in NFL 2K3 as the Carolina Panthers. I'll see if I can make that sad sack team a contender in a year or two.

Most movie franchise games end up sucking no matter how hard they try.

What's really odd about this one is that early screenshots looked a lot better than the current ones. They probably had to degrade the graphics engine a bit to boost the framerate or something.

Just look out how disproportioned and out of place this guy's body parts are. The black gap in his elbow. The very basic rock forms. Etc. Early screenshots were nearly movie quality.

I'll probably still rent it at least as it continues a lot of the plot that the movies are going to leave out.

True, but the Matrix game has been in the works for a good year or more now.. most games based on movies just kinda get slapped together. And they never involve furthering a plot more.

Even if it sucked a little I'd probably still love it. I'm a pretty big Matrix fan.

Actually, it started out as a game concept that would later be translated into a movie. Somehow, the movie got developed first.

I played the demo. The majority of it was very good, but I had trouble with the camera. I'm hoping it was something I was doing wrong. I wish all cameras in 3D games like that copied Ape Escape's system.

Okay, I'm playing Super Monkey Ball Jr. ('cause I don't got a GC to play the other two on - this more than satisfies me). I likes it, but I'm stuck on the 7th level in Expert mode. Can't quite seem to get over that skinny rise w/o falling to my imminent doom. Any tips, tricks (shor of cheat codes)?

BTW - anyone play Skies of Arcadia - Legends for GC yet? I'm curious as to how the extra plot elements stack up to the original DC version (which rocked!).

We had a little trouble w/ the registration & login... was getting some packet loss and couldn't DNS or load pages... but then got a 2nd-level Tech on the phone and it magically started working. Hmmmmm.... I'm okay with that, though.

All I know is I just did a bandwidth test, and got these results:

128 Kbps ISDN 128k

384 Kbps DSL/Cable 384k

My cousin picked one up over the weekend and of course being the hockey & porn loving freak he is, got NHL 2K3 and DoA VB.

Speaking of.. There is no way I am touching DoA myself... I have a hard enough time trying to attract women in real life, I don't need a video game to show me how bad I am at it!

Got 100% on Vice City...kind of tedius, but I got some neat stuff
Kingdom Hearts is interesting...pretty fun game though.
Devil May Cry 2 is fun...though incredibly easy. It has some cool moves.

I actually beat Marvel vs. Capcom 2! Woo hoo! My only hang-up is unlocking characters. It's a point system, you earn so many points per battle (regardless of your preformance). Very slow and tedious. I want my Dhalsim, damnit! So I got lots of unlocking to do yet.

Ordered Samba 2000. Woo hoo!

Zelda and Golden Sun 2 are just weeks away now... Having seen the commericals, Link actually does look REALLY cool. He still comes off as a doofus in screenshots though.

I just started playing Vexx ... sweet game so far ... I have no flecking clue what I am doing ... But it does give you a tutorial at the beginning & there are info globes that you can swat if you forget in game ... at least in the 1st area ...
