I haven't played Taz on Xbox yet (I am assuming it's the same game) but I want to .. that and Toons.

Oh my freekin god WWE Anthology rocks!!! Eagle, it's MUST have! Kurt Angle's theme has a bit of a remix to it.. Alot of the songs that they had released before actually do have a bit of an edit to them (Like Lita's theme)

Very cool CD set.. Just thought I'd bring it up.

So then Lion, what themes are on it... Angle's would be worthy of a listen, but hell... that was on WWF Vol. 5 (the last actual theme album) so they should have left that for now, and Lita's will be ocmplete shite if it's the same theme they had before. (on vol. 5 again).

So what's the full list of themes then? .

Angle's is unlike his vol 5 theme.. More of a rock remix. Lita is the same, but without vocals. The Outlaws theme doesn't have Road Dogg saying "Oh you didn't know" Triple H's Game theme is not performed by Motorhead..

Always hold down fire. You can't run out of ammo in the boat. Always follow him, learn his path where he'll go.

If you follow him far enough he'll run aground and run off on land. If you couldn't manage to kill him (after the five minutes or so you had to hit him about ten times) he'll run off where you can use an uzi etc on him.

Well I would assume they would do that, since it's common sense. Whiped so the retail people can get the names they wanted and maybe rebooted to get them fresh like a daisy again, ya know?

Nope... my game tag is my game tag and it's not gonna be erased any time soon. Half the fun of being a beta tester is I am one of the ones that got first pick. Besides, only 5,000 people or so got to be beta testers.. there are thousands more names out there.

On top of that, I already have a friends list of other beta testers.. that would seriously screw us up if we had to re-find each other again. Especialy without notice, and Microsoft hasn't sent us any notice that our name tags will have to be re-picked or anything.

No one else is or ever will be Liontamr. When you see Liontamr on XBL, ya know that's me.

btw, got the Xbox Mag for December.. The demos look pretty damn cool. Splinter Cell is amazing. Not my kind of game, but amazing looking all the same.

Toe Jam and Earl may be a game I have to get along with Chase... I didn't mind playing those two demos. Chase may be available at the pawn shop... Here's hoping I get to save a few bucks.

Ya, splinter cell isn't my type of game either, but it does look pretty damn good.

Nope, no wiped.. Sucks to be a retail buyer.. but that's a perk of being a beta tester.

I thought NHL 2K3 was gonna be out on Friday, but now I'm not so sure.. I read last night it was out on Xbox on the 22nd.

So I don't know.. So far my "must get" list is NHL 2K3, MK5 and depending on what kind of report Pezzie gives me ( ) Taz.

Well... it "might" be wiped... as the WWF With Authority card game had it's servers wiped from the Beta, and we hardly got any notice (about 2 days warning), of course we all also lost our friends lists and everything and had to make a new character name up quickly, luckily "Prana Devil" and "Lord David" arn't exactly well used names, so I was able to use them easily.

Of course if Microsoft are sensible, they wont reset the servers, well... they will erase all the rankings and reset all of that back to zero, so it's as if the Beta testers are brand new players, but keep all the names there, that way the beta testers still get their name, but they also don't get a highly unfair advantage against the paying customers (yeah, the Beta testers will all say how this is unfair to them... but if Microsoft can't actually sell the game to the public because the Beta guys are too far ahead and everything... they've kinda kicked themselves in the ass)

The thing with the rankings though is it's not based on win totals.. It's possible to have a better ranking having played fewer games. It depends on who you beat and such.

And in all reality all that us beta testers have been able to get a jump on is NFL Fever, NFL & NBA 2K3, Whacked, Moto GP and ReVolt.. Games like Unreal and MechAssault are out when Live is out, so beta testers don't get an early crack at them.

In all reality all we've gotten out of being a Beta tester is first pick of gamer tags, the chance to check it out earlier than most (and remember playing it now as a retail version won't compare with the headaches we delt with in August when the entire setup was pure beta.. that's what testing is for).. Beta testers aren't really ahead.. Maybe just in terms of being familiar with how it works and so forth.

And we did get a kick ass t-shirt out of the deal as well.. So I won't complain.

I was told today at work that we will get to bring home new games for 2 days to try them out. So we can tell people our oppinions. We keep a log of our evaluations so that customers can read them!! I'm all excited!!

I talked so many people into buying Tony Hawk 4 today it's not funny.

And I talked to this guy about Vice City for 20 minutes. Talked him into buying the game, the strategy guide, and all 7 of the soundtrack CDs. I'm the shit.

Add Chase Stunt Driver as well.. The one level on the demo disc was fun.. and I want more.
