The video game thread

The overall XenoSaga experience is good. My complaints regard the characters that we have access to.

No real spoilers ahead.

I can't stand Shion and her emotional gibberish she spouts out all the time. Another thing is, she seems to be a complete moron. She built KOS-MOS, yet has no clue as to what KOS-MOS is capable of doing.

KOS-MOS is devoid of any personality.

Jr. is an arrogant little punk.

Momo is just annoying.

The only characters I enjoyed seeing on the screen were Virgil and Albedo.

The gameplay is entertaining and thank the maker Namco allowed you to skip the cutscenes with a push of a button. I recommend this to everyone

I'm not all that excited about Enter The Matrix either. I agree, right now it's all the rage. But wasn't that the case for anything X-Men related when that was hitting theatres? And now do you hear people flipping out about X-Men or Wolverine? No. Not likely.


Flawed Ethics...thanks for giving Kung-Fu Chaos a good review, I still want to play that. I've just been too lazy lately to rent or buy anything.

I liked xenosaga it was hard to get into at first but the story is awsome, the battle system should have been a tad better.
i hope the sequil is a bit better in that area.

another game I want to play is Hack, which seems like xenosaga some.

Ok...so Enter the Matrix may not be perfect but it still amuses me...I've been going back and forth between that and Kingdom Hearts (I LOVE THIS GAME) I just needed a break from GTA games...I love 'em but I could only take so much...I'm just waiting for the new FF game.....I'm a RP'er at heart

Ya I know. It's very hard to say it too. I dunno tho, maybe it's just the games I've been playing. There are sooooooooooo many games for the PS2 that I want to play, and would probably renew my taste in games. Who knows, if I be good, I may get one for my birthday next week.

The real sequel to FF X.

Or maybe she means the new Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles for the Cube, or Final Fantasy Tactics for the GBA?
