The Two Towers

hehe...i saw a neat movie poster a while back...i'm thinking if i have school when it premers..i might just have to "leave early" and catch it....:D:D:D

I am rather excited. It is still more two months away! I am getting bitchy now because of that.

AND all we have to look forward to is packed theaters.

Well, Irie is getting us Gold pass memberships so we can go and sit in the special, perfect seating, that was totally empty the whole time I was there to see Fellowship, but the entire theater was packed.

Cool. What movie is it attached to? I just finished "THe Fellowship Of THe Ring" for the 3rd time, &, read the 1st chapter in THe 2 Towers.

So I should probably watch LOTR soon?
Yes!!! See some of my beautiful country. :)
I loved the movie and can't wait for Twin Towers.
I just finished reading the books too.

Mr Freaky bought it.. we watched it. It bored me. I guess the books were just to good to be ruined with a movie. (I'm an odd person.. no matter how good the movie is... it's still not as good as the book, and I won't like it).

I'd rather see your country in person. Someday I will. Later is better than never.. right? :)

i'm really looking forward to it. oh, and harry potter and the chamber of secrets :)

Other suggestive reading material.. The Hobbit. It will explain the "older" characters much better I think :)

I can't remember what age I read it first.. but I know we had to read it in 6th grade.. and do a report on it.

I love that book too.

Didn't everyone have to read The Hobbit in 6th grade?

Not here. I wish we did though. I have yet to read it.
I hear you about the book vs the movies.
I prefer to read a book and then see the movie.

has anyone seen that commercial on the LOTR dvd for the uncut version of LOTR? I think it comes out sometime in november. It looks to be pretty cool too.

Read it in High School....

We had a Mythology teacher that got loaded with us before class, and we'd spend the 50 minutes talking about the "whys" of the trilogy. Best time and memories of school I have. It's great to see a director with the same vision for Tolkien's dream as we did! :D

Yep, comes out in November. I'm glad I didn't buy the first one cause this one is supposed to have all the goodies in it.

I look forward to seeing it and I should read the book again. The events are rather hazy and blend in with Return of the King.
