It was a long day. Our crew is a bit over this job, and some of the residents are a bit over the crew. If they'd suck it up, man up, and finish up, Life and Work would be going a lot more smoothly.


I got called into the office to deal with our token Irate Tenant. Actually, we have two of them. This one was all over it this evening, but I didn't give her much to work with. Five minutes later, she apologized for being an abrasive twat. I forgave her on the spot, and told her that we're both frustrated, but that it'll be a funny story 10 years from now. She laughed.


I should be doing stand-up somewhere . . . .

And happy payday, too!!! My check is now $1.75 larger because fed withholding is a tad lower than last year. Silly stuff like that makes me wonder, why?


The passage of Time has changed in my life. Each day is just as long as it ever was, but the collection of days seems to feel like it's shorter. I think that is because there are more days to reflect upon. Maybe it's just insanity setting in.

In other news, the st000pids on our job, the father-n-son moron sub-sub-contractor electricians, got tossed out of an apartment today by the tenant . . . at gunpoint. I don't know, I wasn't there. I was on the other side of the complex. These are the st000pids who have all the bad luck, like you just know but can't quite prove that they're the actual source of their own misfortune. Their problems don't come at them, they come from them.
