I got pulled away for a real shower while the nursing aid was here.
My keeper of the day ended up sick so we sent her home... so my rest of day was shot to hell.
plus I got in notice we lost another local soldier wed. so I had to put the Honor Escort Team on stand by.

I only have 2 willing to be keepers so with her being sick on one of the days he is working back to back shifts bites hard. The TV friend has popped back up in town but he's running a 5 K this weekend & working nites traded with another reporter to do it. So I am basically grounded most the weekend it seems no supply run or fun out.

We should have about a week before our Warrior is brought home. The faster we get the notice for stand by, the easier the ones who have to trade shifts have it to be able to step up for the Honor Escort.

I, myself, woke up this more to find my dog in his cage covered in vomit. He is kind of old and has some health issues. Putting his cage downstairs for his 'daddy' to clean, unfortunately it will have to wait until later. I would do it, but not feeling very well myself right now.
