Last but not least: It´s not my intention to fire him, all what i want to know, what´s the rules, under which law and will the first Amendment the limit.

I don't want to answer for Laurel, but I will say this: every website is governed by the laws of the country in which its servers are located. For instance, if Literotica's servers are located in the U.S., then U.S. laws apply to its content. That said, Literotica is a privately owned website, so American free speech laws do not apply. In other words, Laurel does not have to let anyone say anything. This website is the property of her and Manu, so they can allow or disallow any content they choose, as long as no American laws have been violated (child pornography, etc).

For some it is acceptable. If they do it. Some use a rainbow of colors. One writes every post in a slightly smaller font as Freddy used here.

I don't like characters jumping in my face, but, who am I? If they like it?
But I would be pleased if they would reserve their colors for their thread, I feel spammed when I see those fonts in discussion-threads.

But if they feel it is right to express their personality in this way, well, I've to accept it.

it's not so much the use of a coloured font, though one poster here would get mocked regularly for his use of it; it's about the clear intent of 'shouting' in an attempt to override others' voices - an exaggeration and an affront to the eyes, in the same way Busybody and a few others post here. it's tolerated by some, though most regulars here seem to have him on ignore ... another option.

it's true that this forum is freer than many others, and posters appreciate this - it would be very good for you guys to be able to enjoy your german lit experience in a more relaxed atmosphere than you have over there right now.

Yeah, Huxley was one of the authors that I call the "grim visionaries", along with people like Orwell. They were able to look at their world and see how it was descending into hell before anyone else.

Screaming, thats exactly what it is. Wanting to override somebody else's opinion, right again.
(What does that tell us about somebody who uses it even to talk about the weather? lol)
I can and will tolerate it, but if huge characters scream at me, ridiculing or contradicting my opinion, or telling me of, and that gets allowed, I feel I should have the same right in normal characters.
If that's grown-up behavior or not, is an other question.

I would be pleased with a more relaxed atmosphere on the German-lit, as would many others.
It was relaxed before, and could be it again.
Only some exaggerations should stop, a bit more humor accepted, and some users should accept, that not only their opinion counts.

They also discuss the Character of some members.
The good or bad character of other members they don`t like.
