Yeah, it’s an ex colleague, she does this every now and then and she ends up running out of things to say and just starts narrating what she’s doing i literally go to work and come home again, we don’t have that much to talk about

Actually, I really enjoyed it! I heard good things - when I was still in the industry - but I didn’t have time to catch it on the big screen. I’m glad I did! I found it a nice film to relax to, and I like the way they show people became extremely dependent on a virtual reality for connecting with people, as it’s something that does have real world implications and makes a good talking point! But as usual - I watch movies alone lol

I’m actually really tired today, I have a month of emails I haven’t answered, a PM on here that I really want to answer, and I haven’t even opened the texts on my phone today. I just haven’t had the energy, I think that extreme phone call helped to drain me

I kept going quiet, thinking she’d say she had to go, but she doesn’t seem to mind silence, and that’s when she starts narrating would be so much easier to just meet up and do something whilst having a chat! Or she could call me for 30 mins a day instead I was about to go out, so still on the phone I said “sorry, I really need to pee” and she replied “it’s okay, I don’t mind” and stayed on the line

Mainly it’s just the phone call that came at me today, the emails etc are my own fault, as I haven’t been replying and let them build up! I used to reply to people straight away, but I don’t think they get that since being diagnosed with exhaustion, and getting home from work around midnight and needing to be back again the next morning, it means I can’t keep up with communication the way I used to. One has sent me an email that when moved into MS Word takes up five pages!

I’m just sitting in the bath right now, so I guess I can quickly catch up on text messages now

Yeah that’s why I can post around the boards sometimes, but not always get to my PMs, it’s just easier and less pressure when you’re tired/down/stressed! A little no strings banter, I think is a good way to put it!

The bath tub is the place I keep still longest I’m always replying, making calls etc in here an ex friend used to call me from her tub as well, so we’d literally be two naked chicks on the phone to each other
