Hi all! Having a great day despite being dog tired. Weather has cooled down some and I found all sorts of bargains at Winco. Got a giant package of natural chicken breast for less money than I normally pay for two half breasts. I do not need this much chicken, so I will cook it up later and portion it out for the freezer. Also got a big beef that I will roast later and eat tomorrow. I like to do beef the day before so I can defat it.
