Scrapple is a southern delicacy. It's good fried. Let's just say it's of a pork variety.

Grits are like cream of wheat but thicker.

Haha this scares me. "Of a pork variety". I am one of the only people I know that doesn't like bacon, or other "mystery" pork products...so I may just grab the spicy potatoes...and grits. Lol

What is pork scrapple made of?
