The news media hasn't been reporting this.

The U.S. military said aircraft taking part in U.S.-British patrols over north and south Iraq attacked and destroyed a mobile Ababil-100 surface-to-surface missile and support vehicles. There was no immediate report from Baghdad.
What was that about?

Hmmm, the daily paper I read the morning of Feb. 13 reported it, as did Fox News Network.

You obviously didn't watch the right news. Even FOX News predicated the "evident" Iraq/al-Qaeda link with the fact that it only exists because Osama hates the U.S. more than Hussein.

Missile launcher was destroyed because it had been moved into the southern no fly zone. Supposedly they only have a range 0f 93 miles but where it was positioned it could reach U.S. troops in Kuwait
