I lost a few years later from the after effects of the smoke, stress & chemicals.
I still have issues remembering that morning here.
The Pres was sitting down here on the other side of the Skyway Bridge at a freaking book faire for kids.
I was supposed to be working around Tampa where our base is located & planes were dropping everywhere.

Like the Alan Jackson song says Where were you?
We ALL remember that day. :( :rose:
 
Have to run into work today, unfortunately. And it may be late. So, I'm trying my best to enjoy this morning. Because I knew I'd have to work, though, I didn't make plans. And without plans, I'll almost certainly just end up sitting here googling the middle name of that guy I saw on lost once.

Crazy busy Monday morning here.
Trying to make up for being out for remembrance events yesterday.
Personal slave labor stuff almost done. Laudry just in to dry yet then off to PT.
 
so I'm reading all the posts about Monday and thinking what a day you all must have had yesterday..
and then I realized that TODAY is Monday.
that kind of changes things today..

Morning everyone....I don't have to bring my suitcase to work today...but looks like a return to China is going to happen.
Great afternoon yesterday with youngest son yesterday. He's thinking of going in to the navy.
