After five years of effort I think I have discovered the secret for reanimating dead tissue. Tonight I will make the attempt. The body is ready. I have done all I can to prepare it. It's sitting in the chemical vat, saturated with the nutrients the individual cells will need when they come to life.

All that is needed is that elusive spark that is the essence of life. I pray I am successful......
