During the day I'm usually fine but at night I have to keep myself busy or I get really lonely. You're right, it Does suck.

Oh I completely agree with this. Just having another adult in the house to talk to would be wonderful.

One of the things I really miss is going to bed...you know how you can just lay your head on their chest and go to sleep...or wake up in the morning with their arm flung across your waist. I really miss that.

I've been on both sides, kind of. I mean, I haven't really been in a real relationship, per se.... but there was someone at work I was sort of seeing for awhile, and when we were together we were very affectionate. it wasn't just about the sex, for me.... I also enjoyed the cuddling, walking into work holding hands with her, just little touches and looks we'd give each other throughout the day.

I've definitely been on the other side of the fence, tho.... I was shy and I was fat and I didn't think there was any chance I'd ever get to be with anyone. and it sucked. but in a way it was better, because I didn't know how much joy those "little touches" could bring a person.... in my opinion it's definitely worse having felt that and lost it than to not be aware of what you might be missing.

Though I knew what the words of love, loss, and loneliness meant whilst listening to the radio alone in my room; I did not fully understand them until my first love left me for another. Trust me Rae, ignorance is bliss.

Constantly. And even worse when you find someone who's willing to hold and cuddle you, you find that there is not excitement for you in that person, and then you're stuck with having to have "The Talk." and you don't want to do that because you've been on the recieving end of the talk before.

I guess that's why porn was invented.
