The lit old timers thread

Any oldster having difficulty with their backs? Suggestions on mattresses? I'm having all kinds of problems. Speaking of which, DM me if you want to talk about bowel movements. We should keep it private, but I'm kinda' a big deal in the BM community.
It was probably from lifting that big foot statue. You did get a big foot statue, didn't you? I know you wanted one.

I bought a Purple bed a few years ago and I still think it's great, so are their original pillows.

I have arthritis in my lower spine. I need to get an updated x-ray to see where it stands now. I have to sleep on my side, no back or stomach sleeping

I was feeling old, but then, had a huge BM. Coca-Cola is not the pause that refreshes.

Bluesboy inherited a bunch when his father passed. Blues had a bad back and decided the first thing purchased would be a new bed. It had been a while (many many years) since he'd bed-shopped. After trying several, he loved the temperpedic and decided he wouldn't be happy unless he got that one. I'd never seen all the blood drain from his face before -- but it did when he paid for that bed. Still makes me laugh to remember. He thought it would be "a few hundred" bucks. But damnation it's STILL a nice bed. He died a year and a half ago and I thank him every night for buying that awesome bed before I go to sleep. I get in it, and it accepts me as one of its own.

No lie. No restaurants near this site but a kick ass sausage cart.
We've got a lot of choices within a few minutes, here. Walkable food is decent quality, but plain. Two minutes in the car gets you to kick ass tacos, burgers, salads, etc. And, food trucks offer a nice variety on occasion. Easy to be fat, here.

I've been around for a long time but haven't contributed much lately. Unfortunately something called life has rather got in the way. I do miss the old style board though, even if it did look a little retro.
