In HS I subscribed to National Geographic, The Economist and Scientific American. When I moved to CA, I started buying The New Yorker and would cut the artwork out when finished to decorate my dorm. When I lived in Germany, I always bought the latest copy of Groove whenever I went rode out from the local train station. I could barely read the articles but 4,50 EUR was a good price for the awesome mix CD that came with every issue.
The Black Terror is one of Project Superpowers most powerful heroes, because of the Formic Ether's he and Tim created.
His Powers include:
Superhuman Strength:The Black Terror is capable of lifting 70 tons. He has several impressive strength feats including; stopping a train weighing in excess of 90,000tons, lifting and tossing tanks in addition to other random lifting feats. The Black Terror's strength is great enough that he rivals even the Mighty Samson in strength. The Black Terror also has highly developed leg muscles which allow him to leap at least 100 feet in Earth's gravity and catch a speeding car from behind.
Agility and Stamina: In addition to his immense strength, the Black Terror possesses superhuman agility greater than that of any professional Olympic athlete. His body produces less fatigue-inducing chemicals than a normal human, which grants him superhuman stamina, making him virtually tireless.
Superhuman Durability: The Black Terror is also highly durable and has been shown to withstand the impact of high caliber rounds, falls from incredible heights and ambushes from very powerful villains including Dynamic man, Power Nelson and the Patriots.
We all know we cannot make heroes any better, but villains, they have a world of possibility because they have no real limits. How to play along.
Think of an under-appreciated villain, tell me why you feel as if they are not relevant or good anymore. Then tell me how you'd fix them.
I myself have to push forward Riddler, because since Batman is more team than man. He is outdated, riddles and death traps are no longer viable. I would have him become a middle man, villains and criminals coming to him to "Dispose" of evidence or distract the Bat, just working in an old antiques shop, hiding everything in plain sight. Mocking Batman with all the clues he needs, but having them out of reach because of legality.
Just something to see Batman get frustrated with knowing if he wants to buy anything he has to send other people or go in as Bruce or as a disguise, knowing Edward will figure out who he is in time.
So what would you repair about your underloved villains.
