I only want one book in me bag. I have tons of unread on my shelves so I'm never without. If I'm that desperate I can get it the next day, no one will die. To me there's no joy with a bit of tech. Tech stuff leaves me cold anyway so there's that. I love my bookcases, a room full of books is a beautiful thing. As are signed copies, first editions, going to book signings. Hey can you touch my Kindle Mr King isn't the same as getting a copy signed infront of you. And as you said, touch, smell texture. I like leaving things in my books too. A postcard, a pressed flower. I suppose you could sellotape a rose to the back of your Kindle. Bookshops! Best shops ever.

Fucking backward place. Went on my Speed Awareness Course today, they don't have that option in Scotland. Thought that was odd.

But I am not faithful to the kindle.

I can spend hours looking for books and I spend hours every day listening to my books on the way to work.
