Moving back to where I grew up after 35 years is strange at times. People come up to me and start talking, and I have no idea who they are. Just now, a high school GF was driving down the street , pulled over (I was walking back to the office from the post office) and wanted to know when I moved back... I didn't recognize her until after she drove away.

It makes me a bit sad that everyone hasn't aged as well as I have. :cool:

At the Birmingham Symphony Hall for a gig. Thought the city looked proper spruced up and flowery. Especially around the river.

Perplexed is how I am. Think maybe that's what brought me back here - the world seemed a much simpler place in 2003...

so i'm guessing laurel's smoking reefers or i missed a rule change. anyway, whats important here is that i finally started playing siege of dragonspear and it's not terrible. the copy i have is buggy, though. still, i'm not getting the whining about writing. it's about on par so far. it's not like baldur's gate was ever high art, man.
