It's super easy and delicious! I've made it for several years now:

I'm a pretty good cook....I'd say intermediate to advanced-intermediate.
I've never done a complete Thanksgiving menu before though...timing stuff might be a bit of a challenge.
So, no cooking of the turkey, I'm starting to get over it. This is aided by the fact that much Aass will be had.

It's not as daunting as it seems, but I remember that feeling the first time I was cooking for everyone when my mother became ill.

Don't know about the rest o' y'all, but I'm going over Aglao's house tomorrow!![]()
I once did it alone, for 16 people. Wife was bedridden. M-I-L was in ICU at hospital and the whole side of her family was bunked at our house. And not one of "them" would lift a finger to help. It was an experience. Ask me why I don't ever care to have Thanksgiving with her relatives.
I hear ya. This was for all of my family and I went it alone. Some of my siblings even learned a thing or two about cooking from my mom.
Ha! Waiting for my photo to upload, but in the meantime....

One may lead to the other though, as we have a whole floor to ourselves here.![]()

That's some Aass I've never had before. In fact, I've never even seen that Aass before.
Gotta try that Aass sometime, if I can find it here!![]()

Dunno about in the states, but Norwegian Beer in Norway is almost to expensive to drink.

Exactly. You have to go to Norway to tap that Aass. My sis brought this back with her.

I do everything that I can the day before: cooking, making the stuffing, baking, slicing and dicing. I even get the veggies ready for the turkey carcass. (Soup afterwards)
All that needs to be done that day is, stuff the bird and app's in the oven when guests arrive. Last minute, veggies, mashed potatoes and gravy from the fixings.
I'm making prime rib. Hate turkey.
Nothing like some selfies to remind me how suckable my bottom lip is.
Your new av is stunning, wings!
Who wants a thin bottom lipits a lovely picture.

wow that's a lot of work. props to you!
all i have to make is a loaf of pecan nutbread, which i'll do right after my soccer game.
hopefully it'll come out nice, i'm sorta hit or miss on that
