Pretty soon the GB will be the 1 Thread Blurt Forum anyway.

Will the last BB alt know how to turn out the lights?

My cat is going to miss that amp.

Definitely a loss....What were you using for speakers with that amp?

I have Bose 901's at the cottage, which I like because it's an open concept all wood cathedral ceiling environment...but the two channel amp I'm using is a bit of a clunker.

Not everyone likes 901's, but I'm wondering if you have a recommendation for an amp.

I bought my first Adcom GFA-555 at a pawn shop and the second out of the classifieds. Decades of use. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I am paying the price for not having the tree service attend to matters, here.
There is only a stiff breeze, and the stray branches are hitting the roof.
I cannot put it off, any longer.

Good Morning !

Very similar situation with Chris. He was using a stepladder and a tree trimmer to get down a long branch that was annoying him.

Problem was when he cut the branch, it fell directly on his head.

I know this because when I went to visit him, his head was all cut open. He said when his head heals he's gonna try again, but we spent a few hours at Lowe's getting him a construction helmet.

I - didn't say anything. My sister has cut tree branches before and none have over hit her. She told me, I cut them in such a way they always fall away from me.

I know, a pound of cure isn't worth an ounce of prevention. :)

In any case, when you get your own branch cut, Slush, if you cut it yourself, just be aware of where the branch will fall ...

Time for morning PILATES.

I am out of the loop with the new gear. I have been happy with the Adcoms and also with the big Rotel. Byron never liked my non-tube amps. I think they sound great.

I dismissed all that tube bullshit ages ago.

Architecturally, I don't like buildings inside a building. Such offend my sense of flow.

I had the opportunity to attend a listening party with a group of people that are seriously into gear. He wanted input from the group on an isolation device for the turntable preamp. Rubber pads for the feet to sit on.

This guy has a ton of cash in equipment. I have never heard anything as sweet. The rubber feet did make a difference. Better? I think so. It was very subjective.

The rubber feet were 400 dollars each.

Looks like putting Sergio Aguero in my fantasy league team wasn't a terrible decision.

Passionflower may be good for that if normal headache remedies such as aspirin or Tylenol do not work, Pink.

Passionflower. Traditionally used as a calming herb for such conditions as anxiety and insomnia, passionflower can also be helpful in easing headaches for people of a certain constitution. As the name suggests, passionflower is good for people who get easily worked up about life. For people who are very passionate, who get easily angered, this herb calms the nervous system and makes them less likely to hold onto the headache.

Getting ready to post a new story in LIT. You guys have a story you want me to read, comment, and rate ?
